I’m a people-centered EdTech product and learning leader and designer with over a decade of international experience at the intersection of education, technology, and design. I’ve led and contributed to learning products across early-stage startups, nonprofits, and established organizations, designing solutions that serve diverse learners from PreK–12 and higher education to global corporate audiences.
I’ve been an immigrant three times, building my career across Europe, China, and the United States. That experience deeply shapes how I approach product and learning design: with empathy for users navigating unfamiliar systems, sensitivity to language and cultural context, and a strong focus on clarity, accessibility, and trust. It has also strengthened my ability to lead in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and to collaborate effectively across cultures, disciplines, and time zones.
My work focuses on AI-enhanced learning systems, UX-driven product design, and data-informed decision-making. I translate complex goals into scalable, measurable products, aligning pedagogy, user experience, and business strategy. I bring a strong systems mindset: connecting research, design, and implementation to ensure learning experiences are both human-centered and outcome-driven.
I believe effective learning products emerge when intentional design, inclusive methodologies, and the right technologies work together, supporting learners while advancing organizational goals.
